This guide covers everything you need to know about how bets work on our Sportsbook — from placing and managing your bets to how we settle results across different sports and bet types.
General Betting Rules
Please only bet on events you have no influence over — betting is not permitted where you or someone connected to you could directly or indirectly affect the outcome.
Event dates and times shown on the site are for guidance. Minor inaccuracies don't affect your bet.
Once your bet is accepted, it's locked in. Take a moment to double-check your selections before confirming, as we're unable to cancel bets after acceptance.
If there's ever a question about whether a bet was accepted, our transaction records are the definitive reference.
If something comes up that isn't covered by these rules, we'll review it fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Bet Types
Bets may be placed as singles, multiples (also called combos, accumulators, or parlays), or system/permutation bets. A single is placed on one selection only. A multiple combines more than one selection. A system bet covers several multiple bets in a single placement.
Bet Limits
Minimum bet: €0.10
Maximum win per bet: €250,000
Maximum pending net win at any time: €500,000
If placing multiple identical bets would push total winnings over the per-bet limit, we may adjust your stake to stay within it.
Your account may have lower default limits than the maximums above. If you'd like to bet above them, you can submit a request for manual review — we'll either accept it in full, partially accept, or decline.
Your pending net win is the total potential winnings across all your currently open bets. If you have one or more open bets with large potential payouts — such as a high-odds accumulator — these count towards your €500,000 pending net win limit. This means the maximum stake you can place on new bets may be significantly reduced until those open bets are settled, cashed out, or their potential winnings no longer push you close to the limit.
When a Bet May Be Voided
In certain situations a bet may be voided — either in full or in part. This can happen when:
A bet was offered or accepted due to an error, or at odds significantly different from the market.
A bet was placed during a technical issue that would otherwise have prevented it being accepted.
Influence Betting — you or someone connected to you could directly or indirectly affect the outcome.
Syndicate Betting — multiple accounts coordinate bets on the same event to gain an unfair advantage on limits or LiveBet timing.
Correlated Outcomes — multiple or system bets on the same coupon with correlated selections.
A result affected by criminal actions.
A public announcement that significantly alters the odds.
An event is postponed and doesn't start within 48 hours of the original time (sport-specific rules may apply).
For multiple bets, a postponed or cancelled leg is removed and the remaining selections are settled as normal.
A match is abandoned — most bets are cancelled unless outcomes were already determined, or an official result is confirmed within 48 hours.
A match forfeited or walkover awarded before it starts — all bets are void.
A venue change from the one originally advertised (sport-specific exceptions apply; neutral venue bets stand).
A bet offered in breach of betting or gambling regulations in a specific jurisdiction.
We also reserve the right to correct clear errors — for example, a reversed handicap, wrong teams, or incorrect participants — and void affected bets, even after an event has been settled.
Cash Out
Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the official outcome is determined — useful if you want to lock in a profit or limit a potential loss.
To use Cash Out, select the option on your betslip and confirm. Once confirmed, the action can't be undone.
Cash Out availability can change at any time — we may withdraw or suspend it without notice due to technical issues, significant odds movements, or risk management.
The Company bears no responsibility if you place a bet intending to use Cash Out, but the feature is unavailable.
Upon acceptance, the original bet is settled at the Cash Out Price — no further obligations exist regarding the original bet.
Cash Out isn't available on bets placed with free bets, risk-free bets, bonuses, or locked funds — or on System Bets and markets where the feature isn't enabled.
How Results Are Determined
We settle bets using official results from event organisers, and may use third-party sports data platforms to do so.
For events with a podium presentation or medal ceremony, that ceremony is the cut-off for settlement. Disqualifications, appeals, or drug test results that come after the ceremony don't affect your bet.
The Company does not use videos or TV screenshots to determine results.
