You can withdraw up to EUR 50,000 or its equivalent in another currency within a 24-hour period, unless a higher amount has been agreed upon beforehand. This limit is in place to ensure the security of your account and to prevent any unauthorized transactions.
If you wish to withdraw an amount higher than the limit, you will need to contact our customer support team and request for a higher limit. Our team will review your request and get back to you with further instructions.
Initiate the Withdrawal

Once you have completed these steps, your withdrawal request will be processed and the funds will be transferred to your chosen account. We will send you an email as soon as this has been processed.

Here, you will be able to see if your withdrawal has been processed or if any further action is required from your end. Please be aware that in some rare instances it might take up to 72 hours before a withdrawal is accepted.
