At times, we may require verification of payment methods that have been utilized. This measure serves to confirm your identity and safeguard your account against unauthorized access. Below, we'll guide you through the simple steps to complete this process

Card Verification

If you are using a credit or debit card as your payment method, please follow these steps to verify it:

  • Please provide images of both the front and back of the requested card. Ensure that only the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible, for example, 123456xxxxxx1234. Hide the CVC/CVV code. If a personal ID code is present on the card, display only the initial 6 digits.- Ensure the card image also displays your full name as the account holder. If your card does not display your name, provide a bank statement that includes your name as proof.

Bank Account Verification

If you are using a bank account as your payment method, please follow these steps to verify it:

  • Submit a screenshot or PDF from your bank that displays your full name, bank account number, company logo/name, and URL. Ensure the document includes transaction details such as the specific deposit or transaction being verified, including the amount and date. The statement must be in PDF format without password protection. If the most recent statement is unavailable, you may submit an older one showing relevant deposits or transactions, subject to verification team approval.

eWallet Verification

If you are using an eWallet as your payment method, please follow these steps to verify it:

  • Take a screenshot showing your name, username, email address, and the web page URL.- If your eWallet does not display your name, provide an official document or bank statement that includes your name as proof.

Documents, such as bank statements, should be submitted directly through the application interface to ensure a secure and traceable process. The platform will guide you through the upload steps.

We are actively processing your document verification; however, in certain instances, this process may take up to 72 hours. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you by email once the verification is finalized! Document verification typically takes between 24 and 72 hours, depending on submission volume, and operates on a queue basis for efficiency.For urgent cases, contact customer support to expedite the process, though this is subject to availability and verification team discretion.

For security purposes, when uploading sensitive documents, ensure that only the required information is visible to reduce risks. While only a bank statement is often required currently, always be prepared to provide additional documents if future requirements change.If your initial submission is rejected, check for missing details such as your name or account number and resubmit. For missing physical cards, upload a bank statement showing your name, account number, and the last deposit made to the platform.
