At times, we may require verification of payment methods that have been utilized. This measure serves to confirm your identity and safeguard your account against unauthorized access. Below, we'll guide you through the simple steps to complete this process

Card Verification

If you are using a credit or debit card as your payment method, please follow these steps to verify it:

  • Please provide images of both the front and back of the requested card. Ensure that only the first 6 and last 4 digits are visible, for example, 123456xxxxxx1234. Hide the CVC/CVV code. If a personal ID code is present on the card, display only the initial 6 digits.

Bank Account Verification

If you are using a bank account as your payment method, please follow these steps to verify it:

  • Submit a screenshot from your bank that displays your name, bank account number, company logo/name, and URL. Alternatively, you may choose to upload a bank statement from the previous month to your account to verify your bank account number.

eWallet Verification

If you are using an eWallet as your payment method, please follow these steps to verify it:

  • Take a screenshot showing your name, username, email address, and the web page URL.

We are actively processing your document verification; however, in certain instances, this process may take up to 72 hours. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you by email once the verification is finalized!
