What information do I need to provide?
When uploading your identification, please make sure to include both the front and back sides for the national ID card and driver's license. This is important for us to verify the authenticity of the document.
For passports, we only require the front side to be uploaded. However, please make sure that all information on the passport is clearly visible and legible.
Photo requirements
Poor photo quality is the most common reason ID documents are rejected. Before uploading, make sure your photo meets the following requirements:
Good lighting — take the photo in a well-lit area. Avoid shadows, glare, and flash reflections on the document.
Full document in frame — all four corners of the document must be visible. Do not crop any edges.
Flat surface — lay the document flat. Do not hold it at an angle or photograph it on a curved surface.
Sharp and legible — ensure the photo is in focus and all text, numbers, and the photo on the document are clearly readable.
No edits or filters — upload the photo as taken. Do not apply filters, adjustments, or any editing.
Original document only — do not photograph a screen or submit a screenshot of a digital copy.
If your document is rejected, check the Verification section in your account to see the reason for rejection. Take a new photo addressing the issue — do not resubmit the same file — and upload it through the Verification section.
Why do I need to provide identification?
As mentioned earlier, providing identification helps us verify your identity and protect your account. This is important for the security of your personal information and for preventing fraudulent activity on our platform.

We are actively processing your document verification; however, in certain instances, this process may take up to 72 hours. Rest assured, we will promptly notify you by email once the verification is finalized!
