There are several ways to sign in to your account. This article explains your options and what to do if you're having trouble getting in.
Your login options
Depending on how you registered, you can sign in using:
Email and password — sign in with the email address and password linked to your account.
Google — sign in using your Google account.
Facebook — sign in using your Facebook account.
Bank login — available in Finland and Estonia only. If you registered via bank authentication, you can use your bank to sign in.
You can link Google or Facebook to your account at any time from your account settings, and use them as an alternative login method.
Setting up email login (Finland & Estonia)
If you registered using bank authentication and want to set up email login as an alternative, use the reset password button on the login page:
On the login page, click the Reset Password button.
Enter your registered email address to receive a reset link.
Follow the instructions in the email to create your password.
You can now sign in with your email and new password.
Having trouble signing in?
Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them:
Wrong password — use the Reset Password button on the login page to set a new one. You will receive a link via email.
Using the wrong login method — if you signed up with Google or Facebook, try using those instead of email and password.
Bank login not working — if you are in Finland or Estonia, set up email login using the steps above.
Email not recognised — your email may have been entered incorrectly when you registered. Contact our support team and we can check and correct it.
Account restricted or closed — if your account has been suspended or closed, you will not be able to sign in. See below.

If your account has been restricted, our support team can review your situation and help resolve it. Get in touch via chat or email.
If your account has been closed, you can request to have it reopened — though this is not guaranteed. For standard closures, contact our support team. If your account was closed following a terms and conditions review, reply directly to the closure email you received.
